Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract will occur when we dispatch the goods to you.

Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Shipping

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Our shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures.

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order, provided that:

• Items are in original, unused condition
• Original packaging with all tags is included
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers if the protective sole covering has been removed or if they show any signs of wear.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Complete the returns form and include it in your package
3. Securely package the items with all original packaging and documentation
4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team using a tracked service (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
• You will receive email confirmation once processed
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs to send your replacement items.
