We are proud to ship our quality footwear worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been dispatched.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to variations due to customs procedures or factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns policy is here to assist you.
Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note: For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers if the protective sole covering has been removed or if they show any signs of wear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Complete the returns form provided below and include it inside your package.
- Securely package the items you are returning, ensuring all original packaging and documentation are included.
- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping costs to send your replacement items.
