Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers if the protective sole covering has been removed or if they show signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day period to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Complete the returns form below and include it with your package.
  3. Securely package the items you’re returning, including all original packaging and documentation.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping costs to send your replacement items.
